The strikingly new and modern Sunshine Coast Surgical and Specialist Centre is conveniently situated in the very heart of the Sunshine Coast on Lake Kawana. The building has direct links from the Sunshine Motorway just a few minutes away, is 10 minutes from Caloundra and Mooloolaba, 1 hour from Brisbane and 19 km from Sunshine Coast Airport. 

Our extensive facilities include:

• One large modern conference suite with natural daylight and air-conditioning, located on one purpose built floor.
• Seating arrangements include:
  • 90 people in a theatre style setting (orientation 2- full room set-up)
  • 30 people in a theatre style setting (orientation 1 – half room set-up)
  • 36 people in a classroom style setting
  • 24 in a boardroom style setting
  • 34 in a U shape style setting

• Conference Suite includes:
  • Two data projectors with recessed screens
  • Surround inbuilt audio sound that can be plugged in to your laptop
  • Visual Presentations compatible with your laptop or provide a disc or USB storage card which can be used with an on-site computer
  • Rotating Whiteboard, A frame Flip Chart*, Tool Kit
  • Private Balcony with northern aspects as a dedicated food and refreshment area.
  • Tea and Coffee making facilities and expresso coffee machine*
• Gelees Café and Bar located on the ground floor.

Full Day Conference Centre Room Hire Rates are available! Single hourly rates are also available with a minimum of 4 hours for a full room set-up. Half-room set up with smaller groups attract a 2 hourly minimum.
